Apple Mac Mail

1.) Click on the “Mail” icon in the Dock across the bottom of the screen.

2.) Once Apple Mail opens click “Mail” across the top toolbar. When the drop down menu appears click “Preferences”.

3.) When the Accounts window appears, click on “Account Information” then click the “Server Settings…” button located near the bottom of the window.

4.) The Outging Mail Server settings window will appear. At this time click on the drop down menu beside “Authentication” and select “Password”. Enter your User Name and Password in the text fields. Click “Ok”.

5.) When prompted by the “Save Changes” dialog window, click “Save”.

6.) Congratulations. All the steps required to setup SMTP Authentication for Outgoing Mail have been completed.
